Our Team at MCFC

Outstanding Educators

Educators are paramount to the success of your child and the early learning centre you choose for your family. As part of our vision to give the best possible start in life to the children at MCFC, we have engaged in purposeful intent to increase the educational quality at the centre, which has been validated by the recent assessment by ACECQA of Exceeding in all seven categories of the National Quality Standard. We have deliberately chosen a team of exceptional educators who have a unique combination of professional acumen, early childhood education and experience, compassion, and sincere and proven commitment to your child’s growth, development, and happiness. We have employed fully qualified registered kindergarten educators for both our three- and four-year-old kindergarten groups. With extensive knowledge about early childhood education and pedagogical theories, our educators in every group facilitate experiences that foster a love for learning and confidence through intentional teaching programs for the children.

Exceptional Leadership

The centre is run by a small group of committed experts who are there to ensure the operations of the centre are smooth, safe, and inviting. The leadership team provides oversight of the day-to-day operations and supports the Committee of Management to make the necessary decisions for a sustainable future. Helen, Karen, and Joanna lead and support our educators, facilitate the exchange of information from the government, network with other early learning centres, families, educators, and more. Our exceptional leaders are:
