MCFC is celebrating!
MCFC has received the final report for our November 2023 Assessment and Rating under the National Quality Standards
MCFC has been rated as Exceeding National Quality Standards overall and in all 7 Quality Areas, for the third time since 2013. Congratulations to all our team and community!
The report, which is available to read at MCFC, noted MCFC Educators' deep understanding of high-quality planning and ongoing critical reflection.
The National Quality Standard (NQS) sets a national benchmark for the quality of children’s education and care services across Australia. Services are assessed against the NQS by the state or territory regulatory authority.
An overall rating of Exceeding NQS is given to services that go above and beyond the requirements of the NQS in at least four of the seven quality areas.

2023 LAST DAY OPEN FOR CHILDREN: Wednesday 20 December

First day open: Tuesday 2 January
Flexible Booking period: Tuesday 2 January to Friday 5 January
Last day available for Children going to school in 2024 is Friday 12 January:
Monday 15 January to Friday 19 January
Transition week, children progressively move to new groups over this week.
