End of Year Celebration

On Saturday 11th December 10.00am to 1.00

· Children’s Christmas concerts :

10.20: Group 3 & 4,

10.40: Group 5,

11.00: Group 6,

11.20: Kinder

· Lunch - sausages, bread and salads provided from 11.15

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED :

- FRIDAY PM  to set up tables etc

- SATURDAY to prepare salads, man the 2 Barbeques,

- VOLUNTEER FOR SANTA & HELPER

- CLEAN UP AT END

ADD YOUR NAME TO VOLUNTEER LIST AT RECEPTION

· Santa arrives at 12.00. Parents to provide one clearly named wrapped book gift to staff in your childs room prior to December 10th

· Extended families are invited. Please RSVP on the parent list of the number of family members attending (including your child)

· If you bring other children from your family please provide a wrapped gift

RSVP by Wednesday 9^th December – fill in name on the list in your  childs room
